# Run Value Driver Tree in StratEngine

> Find the revenue, cost, capital and risk levers that most affect a company's financial value with a Value Driver Tree in StratEngine.

The Value Driver Tree in StratEngine traces how operating decisions flow through to financial value, and shows which levers matter most. It breaks value into revenue, cost, capital efficiency and risk drivers for your company. It needs the Professional plan or pay-as-you-go.

<Note>
  The Value Driver Tree carries the **Advanced** badge. It's included on the Professional plan and higher, and pay-as-you-go accounts can run it per analysis. On other plans its card shows **Upgrade** instead of **Select**. See [Strategy plans](/docs/strategy/billing/plans) and [pricing](https://stratengineai.com/#pricing).
</Note>

## When to use it

* You want to improve a financial outcome, such as margin or growth, and need to know which levers to pull.
* A metric is lagging peers or your own targets and you want to trace why.
* You're choosing between short-term margin fixes and longer-term value creation.

## What you get

The **Components** tab has a **Framework Summary** and these **Framework Details** sections:

* **Revenue Drivers**
* **Cost Drivers**
* **Capital Efficiency Drivers**
* **Risk Drivers**

Every section is editable, and **Sources** lists what the analysis cited. Standard and Deep runs also fill the **Momentum** tab (trends affecting the company), which means Essential and higher plans, or pay-as-you-go at Standard or Deep. Deep runs add the **Assumptions** tab (what the analysis depends on, by risk), which means Professional, or pay-as-you-go at Deep. See [Work with framework results](/docs/strategy/framework-results) and [Analysis depth](/docs/strategy/analysis-depth).
