Only admins see Organization User Management. Teammates must use an email at your workspace’s domain, and workspaces created with a personal email address (such as Gmail or Outlook.com) can’t add members.

Roles
The note under the member list says Admins have the ability to add or delete connections. All other access is the same. Billing and VC folder watch are also admin-only. In VC mode, members see Pitch Deck Forwarding Address in Settings instead of the folder watch setup.
One person is also the billing owner, marked with a dollar icon next to their name. Only the billing owner can hand billing to someone else. See Transfer billing ownership.

- They already have a StratEngine account at your domain: they move into your workspace as a Member right away.
- They don’t have an account yet: StratEngine emails them an invite. They join your workspace as a Member when they sign up from that email. Invites expire after 7 days.
- They were deactivated: adding them again reactivates them as a Member.
Why adding someone can fail
Change a role
Each member row (other than yours) has a role dropdown. Choose Admin, Member or Deactivated. The change saves as soon as you pick it. A workspace must always have at least one admin. You can’t demote the last admin; make someone else an admin first. The billing owner must stay an admin. Choosing Member or Deactivated for them shows You must first transfer billing ownership to another user before changing their role, and the role stays as it was. Transfer billing first.Remove a member
