Everything on this page starts in Settings. Log Out, Terminate All Sessions and Delete Account are in the Danger Zone at the bottom. Cancelling a subscription happens through Billing & Account Management, which opens your billing portal.
The Danger Zone at the bottom of Settings with Log Out, Delete Account and Terminate All Sessions buttons

Log out

In Settings, click Log Out. You’re signed out of this browser and returned to the sign-in page.

Sign out everywhere

Click Terminate All Sessions to sign out of StratEngine on every browser and device at once, including this one. You’ll see All sessions terminated successfully. Use this if you signed in on a shared or lost computer.

Cancel a subscription

Only workspace admins can cancel, because the plan covers the whole workspace. Members don’t see the buttons below.

Strategy plans

In Settings, under Billing & Account Management, click Manage Account. Your billing portal opens in a new tab. Cancel your plan there and follow its prompts.

VC plans

In Settings, under Billing & Account Management, click Cancel Subscription. Your billing portal opens in a new tab. Cancel your plan there and follow its prompts. The Free VC plan has no subscription to cancel, so the button isn’t shown. Back in StratEngine, the billing card shows Your subscription will cancel on and the date your current period ends. Cancelling doesn’t delete your account or your work. To remove your account too, see below.

Delete your account

Deleting your account can’t be undone. Your sign-in, your profile and your frameworks are permanently deleted. Files you already exported to your own storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box) stay there, but if you sign up again later they won’t be brought back in automatically.
1

Click Delete Account

In Settings, in the Danger Zone, click Delete Account. The Delete Account? window opens.
2

Type DELETE

Type DELETE in capital letters in the box.
3

Click Delete

Click Delete. When it finishes you’re returned to the sign-in page. Click Cancel to back out instead.

What happens to your workspace

When deletion is blocked

  • You’re the billing owner and others are in the workspace. You’ll see You must first transfer billing ownership to another user before deleting. Transfer billing first.
  • You’re the last admin and others are in the workspace. Make someone else an Admin first. See Team members and roles.
