StratEngine turns each pitch deck you give it into an investment memo and a research report, and scores the deal for conviction against your scoring framework. Decks come in by upload, from a watched cloud folder, or by email. Memos land in Analysis Memos, where you sort, triage and export them.

What you get for each deck

The scoring framework sets the categories, per-stage weights and scoring anchors behind every memo. Use the built-in StratEngine AI framework or build your own. If you add private documents (thesis, past memos, IC notes), StratEngine searches them alongside public sources when it analyzes a deck.

How decks get in

  • Upload: drop PDF or PPTX files (up to 50MB each) on the Upload page and track them in the Processing Queue.
  • Folder watch: point StratEngine at a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive folder. It checks the folder every 2 hours and analyzes new decks.
  • Email forwarding: send a deck as an attachment to your personal forwarding address, shown in Settings under Or forward decks by email.
Folder watch is set up by a workspace admin, during onboarding or in Settings. Every user has their own forwarding address. Memo allowances depend on your plan; see VC plans and memo overages and pricing.
