SIPOC in StratEngine maps a single business process end to end: who supplies it, what goes in, the steps, what comes out and who receives it. Use it to see the boundaries and handoffs of a process before you try to improve it. It needs the Essential plan or higher, or pay-as-you-go.
SIPOC carries the Growth badge. It’s included on the Essential plan and higher, and pay-as-you-go accounts can run it per analysis. On the Free plan its card shows Upgrade instead of Select. See Strategy plans and pricing.

When to use it

  • A process such as onboarding, order fulfillment or product development has slow or unclear handoffs.
  • You’re about to redesign or automate a process and need to agree on where it starts and ends.
  • A new team member or client needs a one-page view of how a process works.

What you get

The Components tab has a Framework Summary and one Framework Details section for each part of the map:
  • Suppliers
  • Inputs
  • Process
  • Outputs
  • Customers
Every section is editable, and Sources lists what the analysis cited. Standard and Deep runs also fill the Momentum tab (trends affecting the company), which means Essential and higher plans, or pay-as-you-go at Standard or Deep. Deep runs add the Assumptions tab (what the analysis depends on, by risk), which means Professional, or pay-as-you-go at Deep. See Work with framework results and Analysis depth.
